This is to notify you that your Tender dated 08.04.2025 for the supply of IT Devices {Package-10(Lot-1)- Fiber and UTP Cable Testing & Splicing Tools etc. & 10(Lot-3)- 10(Lot-3)-Router & Switch, Access Switch etc.} and related Services for Bangladesh Parliament Secretariat for the Contract Price of Tk. (18,99,412+7,65,45,812)=7,84,45,224/-(Seven Crore eighty four lac forty five thousand two hundred twenty four) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by appropriate authority of the Bangladesh Parliament. You are thus requested to take following actions: i. accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-Clause 61.3 ii. furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk. 78,44,530/-(Seventy eight lac forty four thousand five hundred thirty) within fourteen (14)days of receipt of this Notification of Award but not later than 17.06.2025, in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 63.2 iii. sign the Contract within twenty-eight (28 ) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 01/07/2025, in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 66.2 You may proceed with the execution of the supply of Goods and related Services only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract, which shall become binding upon you.
