| Reference Description | : | This is to notify you that your Tender dated 05-03-2025 for the supply of Goods and related Services for "Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Electrical Sub Station, Diesel Engine Generator, Electrical & Earthing Works and Others Accessories for the Contract Price of Tk 4,79,76,000.00 (Four Crore Seventy Nine Lac Seventy Six Thousand) Only as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by HOPE, Managing Director, Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL). You are thus requested to take following actions: accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-Clause 61.3 furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk 47,97,600.00 (Forty-Seven Lac Ninety-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Taka) Only, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of this Notification of Award but not later than 22-04-2025, in accordance with ITT Clause 63.2 sign the Contract within twenty-eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 06-05-2025, in accordance with ITT Clause 66.2 You may proceed with the execution of the supply of Goods and related Services only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract, which shall become binding upon you. |
