Bangladesh Television (BTV) that enjoys the countrywide terrestrial network broadcast a half an hour talk show on e-tendering and e-government procurement at 10:25 pm on August 23, 2010 in its weekly program- Digital Bangladesh.
Director General of Central Procurement Technical Unit (CPTU) Amulya Kumar Debnath, ICT Specialist of Ministry of Science and Information and Communication Technology Munir Hasan, and businessman and member of the bidding community Dr. Jahangir Sattar Tinku took part in the discussion moderated by Mozammel Babu, a renowned media personality.
E-tendering, e-GP, PPR and other aspects of public procurement came up in the discussion of the show.
Earlier BTV and ATN Bangla also broadcast several programs on public procurement. |
