Title : Compliance with PPR in dev work underscored

Secretary of the Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation Division under the Ministry of Planning Md Abdul Malek made the observations while speaking as the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony of an advocacy workshop titled "Future Search Conference (FSC) on Public Procurement in Rajshahi city Monday”, said a press release. He said PPR ensures transparency and accountability in the process of public procurement. The stakeholders should know the details well so that procurements can be carried out on time and efficiently. Divisional Commissioner of Rajshahi Mohammad Nurul Islam, Deputy Commissioner Dilwar Bakht and Deputy Director of Central Procurement Technical Unit (CPTU) Aziz Taher Khan also spoke on the occasion.
