INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) General Experience of the Tenderer in Electro Mechanical Works shall be 10 (Ten) years.
(b) Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have specific experience of work in successfully completion of at least 01 (one) number of Similar works that is Fire protection and Detection system completed within the last 10 (Ten) years in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, with a value of at least Tk. 250.00 (Two hundred and fifty) Lac in a single contract as a prime contractor.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 800.00 (Eight Hundred) Lac over the last 5(Five) years. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 400.00 (Four Hundred) Lac. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e. in PW3-7 form published by CPTU.
(e) The minimum capacity shall be: 800.00 (Eight Hundred) Lac. To calculate minimum Tender capacity, the tenderers have to submit list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as Specified in TDS.
(f)The intending tenderers must enclose VAT Registration certificate, Up to date Income Tax clearance certificate (FY 2024-25), Up-to-date Trade License (FY 2024-25), Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(g) All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
