The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of BDT 5000 or USD 50. The method of payment will be cash. The document will be given in hand. Last date of selling of bidding document is March 11, 2025 up to office hour.

1. Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh has received financing from the World Bank for Bangladesh Road Safety Project (BRSP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the above mentioned non-consulting service.
2. The Roads and Highways Department now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for BRSP Fleet Management- Non-consultancy service.
3. Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers – November 2020 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
