INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) General experience :-
Reputed Contractors/ Construction Firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in repair/renovation/construction works of RCC Residential/Non Residential Building, roads, boundary wall, drain etc.
(b) Specific experience:-
Having Experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of building Repair/Renovation/Retro-fitting work of Tk. 250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty) lac in a single contract in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years.
(c) Minimum average annual construction turn over :-
The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk 500.00 (Five Hundred) Lac during last 5 (five) years . Payment certificate for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(d) Tender capacity: -
The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 300.00 (Three Hundred) Lac.
(e) Liquid asset requirement: -
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of of the tenderer shall be Tk 400.00 ( Four Hundred) Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW3-7 of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose..
(f) All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS and ITT included in this tender. |
