INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 years of General experience in any business.
(b) The minimum specific experience of Lift supply and Installation of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 200.00 (Two Hundred ) lakh under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 300.00 (Three Hundred) Lakh over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.
(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 225.00 (Two Hundred and Twenty Five) Lakh. Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e: in Form PW3-7 published by CPTU, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
(h) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, Tender data Sheet (TDS). The supplied goods shall comply the specification mentioned in section Particular Specification.
(i) Tender Capacity for the tenderer is tk. 260.00 Lakh. |
