INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1.The Tenderer must have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in construction works.
2. Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) Number of gas connection work of Tk. 2.50 crore in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. ( The year counting backward from the date of invitation of this Tender (IFT) under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies.)
3. The Tenderer must process: i) Up to date Trade license ii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate iii) VAT registration certificate iv) Up to date enlistment certificate.
4. The Tenderer shall have minimum annual average construction turnover in the last 3 (three) years of Tk. 3.00 (Three) crore only.
5. The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit facilities as PW3-7 format of the tenderer shall be BDT 1.00 (One) Crore. Documentary evidence submitted along with the tender must be issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose.
6. The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 2.50 Crore.
