1. Up to date Trade license.
2. Valid VAT Registration certificate from concerned office.
3. TIN Certificate & Up to date income tax clearance certificate.
4. Up to date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
5. Credit commitment certificate from bank.
6. Work Plan bar chart.
7. Methodology of work.
8. Details work schedule.
9. Tender will be evaluated with latest amendments of PPA 2006 & PPR 2008.
10. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as 10 (Ten) years.
11. Having specific experience as a prime contractor in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of 5 (Five) storied (Experience in laboratory building construction will be preferred) RCC Frame Structure Building construction work of Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) Crore in a single contract in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years in which internal sanitary works of at least Tk.15 Lacs and internal electrification works of at least Tk.3.00 Crore must be included.
12. The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) years of Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Crore.
13. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 7.50 (Seven point fifty) Crore.
14. Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the Tender Documents. |
