INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

i) General Experience:
The minimum no. of years of General Experience shall be 5 (Five) years as Supplier/ Operator/ Contractor/Service Provider; years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
ii) Specific Experience:
The Tenderer(s) shall have the experience in toll collection by using modern electronic toll management system with software and its operation and maintenance (O&M) of a collection system amounting to BDT 25,00,00,000.00 (Twenty-five crore Taka only) or more under a single contract, successfully completed over a period of the last 10 (ten) years; years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
Experience shall be supported by an authenticated completion certificate issued by the concerned authority, not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent.
iii) Average annual turnover:
The required average annual turnover as a contractor/supplier/operator/service provider shall be greater than BDT 8,00,00,000.00 (Eight Crore Taka only) over the best 03 (Three) years in the last 05 (Five) years; years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
iv) Liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities:
The minimum amount of liquid assets, working capital, or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be at least BDT 2,00,00,000.00 (Two Crore Taka only).
v) Tender Capacity: The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 30,00,00,000.00 (Thirty Crore Taka only).
