INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The Tenderer shall have a minimum 5(Five) Years of overall experience in the supply of Similar Goods & Related Service (Event Management) in any Govt./Semi-Govt./ Autonomous organization/ Corporation. (Work Order and Completion Certificate must be submitted).
(2) The tenderer must have experience of satisfactory completion of related services (event management)/Supply in a single contract in the last 5 (five) years in a government/semi-government/ autonomous organization/Corporation held in the presence of the Hon'ble President or the Honorable Prime Minister. Of which 60,00,000 /– in the case of Lot-1, 30,00,000/ – in the case of Lot-2, and 45,00,000/- in the case of Lot-3 respectively.
(3) The Tenderer shall have availability of minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities or Bank Gurantee from a Bank. Of which 60,00,000 /– in the case of Lot-1, 30,00,000/ – in the case of Lot-2, and 45,00,000/- in the case of Lot-3 respectively.
