The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy: (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 8 (Eight) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper; (b) The Tenderer must have the The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor of at least 01 (One) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology in Construction Works of Public Sector successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Taka 08 (Eight) Crore; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper; (c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 16,00,00,000.00 (Sixteen Crore) over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years; (d) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 8,00,00,000.00 (Eight Crore) only- acceptable proof will be either or combination of the bank balance within last 02 (two) months, or a letter of commitment for Bank’s undertaking for line of credit (Form PW3-7) by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh stating they shall allow credit/loan to the Tenderer, or a form of savings instrument of equivalent amount; (e) The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 11,00,00,000.00 (Eleven Crore); (f) A valid trade license/Incorporation Certificate, an income tax registration certificate, up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate.
