| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The Tenderer shall have a minimum 5(Five) Years of overall experience in the supply of Similar Goods & Related Service (Event Management) in any Govt./Semi-Govt./ Autonomous organization/ Corporation or Limited Company. Relevant documents must be submitted. (2) The Tenderer shall have a satisfactory completion supply of similar goods & related service (Event Management) maximum 2(two) contract in any Govt./Semi-Govt./ Autonomous organization/ Corporation or Limited Company in the last 5(Five) years in the case of Lot-1 and 2, 40 lakh, 20 lakh in the case of Lot-3, 16 lakh in the case of Lot-4, 12 lakh in the case of Lot-5, 7 lakh in the case of Lot-6 respectively. Relevant documents must be submitted. (3) The Tenderer shall have availability of minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities from a Bank in the case of Lot-1 and 2, 40 lakh, 20 lakh in the case of Lot-3, 16 lakh in the case of Lot-4, 12 lakh in the case of Lot-5, 7 lakh in the case of Lot-6 respectively.
