INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers or JVCA (Max. no. of partners shall not be more than 3 (three))
a) Reputed Firm/organization/authorized agent who has min. 05 years of general experience in construction works
b) Having experience in the successful completion of at least 1 no. of construction work of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) amounting to Tk.2.50 Crore only in a single contract in last 5 years.
c) The Tenderer must have a minimum running sewerage treatment plant of 01 no. for the last 03 years; capacity not less than 350m^3/day or 350 KLD
d) The Tenderer must process:
i) Up-to-date valid Trade license, up-to-date ABC license with supervisory license, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate from NBR & Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR
e) The Tenderer shall have a minimum annual average construction turnover in the last 5 (five) years of Tk.6.00 Crore only. Necessary supporting documents (Detailed payment certificate) should be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned department and shall be submitted with the tender.
f) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the successful Tenderer shall be of Tk.2.50 Crore only to be issued in a Letter of commitment for the Bank’s Undertaking for the line of credit in the format as specified (Form e-PW3-7)
g) Tender capacity Tk.4.00 Crore only
h) General Specification of SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT is provided in the Document Section 7 in General Specification
i) All other terms and conditions are shown in the TDS of the Tender Documents.
j) The tenderer has to complete the works within the approved DPP time limit. |
