INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
A) Reputed Govt. approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5(Five)years of general experience in Construction works.
B) Having experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) no. of similar nature of works worth not less than Tk 125.00 (One Hundred Twenty) Lac only in a single work order in government/semi-government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 5(five) years.
C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five)years amounting of Tk 100.00 (One Hundred) Lac only.Time duration for turnover & experience will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
D) The experience certificate for successful completion of work shall have to be enclosed. In case of the work done other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
E) The minimum amount of liquid asset/ working capital/credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of 60.00 (Sixty) Lac only supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the CPTU prescibed format (STD PW2a-3).
F) The Minimum Tender Capacity is Tk 130.00 (One Hundred Thirty) Lac
G) Valid and Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
H) As per latest Amendment of PPR-2008 Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10(Ten)percent above or below from official cost estimate for the works,the tender will be rejected.
I) No JVCA is allowed in this tender & other conditions is as per TDS
J) Up-to dated ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. |
