As described in the Tender Document as well as:
-The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 years of overall experience in the role of Contractor, Subcontractor, or Management Contractor.
-The minimum specific experience as a Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in at least 1 (One) contract for river crossing by HDD method on Design, Procurement, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning basis within the last 10 (Ten) years, with a value of at least USD 1.0 million that have been successfully completed and that are similar to the proposed works and services complexity, methods, technology or other characteristics as described in Section 6 (Employer’s Requirements). The Tenderer shall also have experience as a Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor for successful completion of at least one river crossing by HDD method having minimum 400 meter length and 16 inch OD or above diameter pipe within the last 10 (Ten) years
- Tenderer participating in the Tender documents evidencing their capabilities as per the requirement of the Tender Document in terms of equipment (ITT 17.1), manpower (ITT 16.1), average annual turnover (ITT 15.1a), liquid asset or credit facilities (ITT 15.1b) etc.

The scope of work consists of Installation having 20? OD X 1000 PSIG high pressure natural gas transmission pipeline by Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) method across 03 (three) Rivers by Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) method on Design, Procurement, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Tie-in with main line pipe having 20” OD X WT 11.1/11.9 mm API 5LX60 (PSL-2) LSAW 3LPE/CWC pipe on both sides of each river.
Consists of Khiro, Banar-2 & Sutia river and their linear bank to bank distances are 82 meter, 40 meter and 61 meter respectively.
