INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor/Subcontractor/Management Contractor shall be 10 years.
2. The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 1 contract of Similar nature building construction successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk 560.00 Lakh and the Prime Contractor should be collaborated with a subcontractor who has minimum specific experience of at least 1 contract of Similar nature Lift Supply successfully completed within the last 5 years with a value of at least Tk 65.00 Lakh.
3. The required avg. annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 2300.00 Lakh over the best 3 years in the last 5 years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets/working capital/credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 380.00 Lakh.
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk 670.00 Lakh.
6. The tenderers must enclose up to date- Trade License, IT Clearance & BIN Certificate & ABC and Electrical Supervisory License from Office of the Chief Electric Inspector.
7. The tenderer must submit the Manufacturer’s Authorization letter for Generator, Sub-station & Lift to be supplied by Tenderer (must be in e-PG3-5 form). Otherwise, he will be non-responsible.
8. The Subcontractor should've minimum supply capacity per year is 3 Nos. lift as supplier of lifts whose brand & country of origin is KONE(Finland), MITSUBISHI(Japan), OTIS(USA/Japan/France), Schindler(Switzerland), TKE(Germany), FUJITEC(Japan), HITACHI(Japan) or equivalent product manufactured and tested in FINLAND/FRANCE/GERMANY/JAPAN/SWITZERLAND/UK/USA within the last 5 years.
9. Improper filling may be considered as the reason of being non-responsible.
