INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) Tenderer(s) must have legal, financial and technical capacity to provide Non-Consulting Services / Supply of Man-Power and have fulfilled the obligations of all tax requirements. Other eligibility is stated in the Tender Document.
b) The Tenderer(s) shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years general experience in providing Non-Consulting Services / Supply of Man-Power by outsourcing method. Years counting backward from the date of Publication of IFT.
c) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing Non-Consulting Services / Man-Power Supply of at least 02 (two) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of 03 (three) years in a Government Organization / Semi-Government Organization, each with a value of at least of Tk. 48.00 Lakh (Forty-Eight lakh only) shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of Publication of IFT.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or Credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 20.00 Lakh (Twenty Lakh only).
e) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk. 16.00 Lakh (Sixteen Lakh only) over the last (03) three years. (Must Submit Audited Financial Statement of the latest three years).
f) Updated valid Trade License (2023-2024).
g) Updated proof of Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
h) Updated proof of VAT submission status.
i) Must Have its separate own / rented office and trustworthy manpower.
j) Satisfactory other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet and additional terms and conditions of the tender documents.
