INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) Years.
b. The minimum specific experiences as a Prime Contract as Renting Coaster Minibus service at least 02 (Two) contract or any nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of 3 (Three) years counting backward from the date of application of IFT in the newspaper, each with a value of at least 1 (One) crore Tk shall be required
c. The Preferable district of the Provider for the Renting of Coaster Minibus (AC) is Dhaka.
d. The required average annual Turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least amount of TK. 2,00,00000 (Two Crore Only).
e. Must have Updated Trade License/income tax/Bank Solvency/VAT Reg. License/BIN Certificate.
f. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 3,00,000,00.00 (Three Crore Only).
g. Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law.
h. Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organizations registered in Bangladesh.
i. Tenderers shall fulfill its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh. |
