INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(i) Not been prevented by the order of any Judicial Court from entering into and/or signing contract with the procuring entity as per PPA-2006, PPR-2008 &
(ii) Minimum 05 (Five) Years period of general experience &
(iii) The specific experience of satisfactory completion of similar nature of Fenestration/Face lifting works(Civil) of at least Tk 100 (One Hundred) Lac in a single tender under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/Limited Company in the last 05 (Five) years (from the publication date of IFT in the newspaper) &
(iv) Annual Average Turnover shall be at least Tk 100 (One Hundred) Lac in the last 03 (Three) years (from the publication date of IFT in the newspaper) &
(v) Minimum Liquid Asset i.e working capital or credit limit of Tk 100 (One Hundred) Lac (Not earlier than 28 days of Opening date) &
(vi) Information about Litigation.
(vii) Up to date Trade License, Up to date Income Tax clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate etc.
(viii) Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum of Article & Association, Joint Venture Agreement(If necessary) & related documents.
(ix) Manpower & Equipment Capabilities-As mentioned in the TDS.
(x) Tenderers must furnish the entire necessary supporting document. |
