Corrections/modifications to the Initial Selection Documents:
a) Criteria 4.2.2 Contracts for Works: Wastewater Networks of the Initial Selection Document will be superseded with the following:
“Minimum of two (2) design and build or build-only contracts, each of minimum value of Thirty five million EUROS (35,000,000 EUR).
Each of the contracts required above shall meet the following minimum key requirements:
- Construction of wastewater networks with a minimum length of 50 km ranging from DN200 to DN800 in HDPE/GRP materials at depth up to 6 meters, including at least 10 km from 4 to 6 meters depth.
- Installation of domestic / commercial wastewater connections (greater or equal to 5,000 connections)
At least one contract should be outside of the contractor’s country of incorporation with similar climatic and geological conditions”.
b) Para 8 of the Invitation for Initial Selection will be superseded with the following:
“8. Applications for Initial Selection should be submitted in sealed envelopes, delivered to the address below by July 17, 2023 at 1300 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) physically (in person or by mail) and be clearly marked “Application to Initial Selection for Design, Construction, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Wastewater Networks and Associated Works for North Kattoli Catchment of Chattogram Metropolitan (Package no. CMSP-5/W2).”
