INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer :

(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 5(Five) years. (b) Having Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Construction of sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) of at least 02 (two) contracts successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least 6.00 (Six) crore in a single contract in any Government / Semi Government / Autonomous / Private Organization of Bangladesh. (c) The minimum running sewerage treatment plant is 01 (One) no. per year for the last 03 (Three) years; each capacity not less than 350m^3/day. (d) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 11.00 (Eleven) crore. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover. (e) The minimum amount of credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 9.00 (Nine) crore in the form PW3A-7 (Failing to submit in PW3-7will make the tenderer non-responsive). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. (f) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 6.50 (Six point five zero) crore. To Calculate Tender Capacity, the Tenderer must be submitted list of on-going works under any public sector and existing commitment must be mentioned.
