INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be five (5) years. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system]
(b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed in Govemment/Semi-Govemment/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last five (5) years, with a value of at least Tk.1000.00(One Thousand) Lac.[Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system]
(c)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.2000.00(Two Thousand) Lac over the last five (5) years. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.600.00 (Six Hundred) Lac. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e. in PW3-7 form published by CPTU.
(e) The minimum capacity shall be: 1250.00(One Thousand Two Hundred & Fifty) Lac. To calculate minimum tender capacity, the tenderers have to submit list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as Specified in TDS.
(f) Documents of valid and Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax and VAT Registration Certificate, ABC category contractor& Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board, Govemment of Bangladesh etc. shall be submitted.
(g) In running bill(s), contractor will be paid for individual item at approved estimated or quoted rate whichever is less.
(h) All other & detailed conditions and criteria as specified in all sections of the tender document must be fulfilled. |
