Company that sumbits an EOI shall be evaluated using, but not limited to m the following minimum criteria which the company or individuals, within the company, must provide documentary proof of compliance.
1. Proven Expenence such Cloud-Based software for large oranizations, with greater than 5,000 employees such as the Government of Bangladesh,, National/ international NGO Large industries, Autonomous , Private sector etc.
2. Expenence development bi-lingual (English Bangla) Software accessible across multiple mobile desktop operating systems.
3. Must include evidence of software Development minimum 01(one) contract within the last 03 (three) years Valued at minimum 150 Lakh each
4. Capability of rapid development of software based on pre-determined design, architecture schema, and interface design, integration of security, Scalability, and data quality.
5. Joint Venture is allowed
