a). Tenderers shall have the following upto date valid License: Tenderer (all the partners in the case of Joint Venture) shall have current & valid 1.4 category enlistment with Petrobangla and/or any company of Petrobangla and relevant ISO 9001 certificate. b). The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor or Partner of Joint Venture (JV) in construction works similar nature Gas Transmission Pipeline construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of minimum 01 (one) km long 30 inch or above outer diameter high pressure natural gas transmission cross country pipeline successfully completed within the last 10 years with a value of at least Tk. 2.75 Crore, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. c). The required average annual construction turnover (AACT) shall be greater than Tk. 6.0 crore over the best 3 years within the last 5 (five) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. d). The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be TK. 4.0 (Two) crore. e). The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 3.8 crore.
