INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers or JVCA (Max. no. of partners shall not be more than 3 (three))
a) Reputed Firm/organization/authorized agent who have min. 10 (Ten) years of general experience in construction works
b) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 no. of construction work of similar RCC framestructure (2 storied building with 2 storied foundation including RCC precast pile foundation) with Civil, Sanitary and Internal Electrification Works amounting to Tk.8.00 Crore (Eight Crore) only in a single contract in last 5 (Five) years.
c) The Tenderer must process:
i) Up to date valid Trade license, up to date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, up to date income tax clearance certificate from NBR & Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR
d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum annual average construction turn over in the last 5 (five) years of Tk.15 Crore (Fifteen Crore) only. Necessary supporting documents (Detailed payment certificate) should
be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concern department and shall be submitted with the tender.
e) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the successful Tenderer shall be of Tk.4.00 Crore (Four Crore ) only to be issued in Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit in the format as specified (Form e-PW3-7)
f) Tender capacity Tk.11.00 Crore (Eleven Crore) only.
g) All other terms and conditions are shown in the TDS of the Tender Documents. |
