INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
• Tenderer shall have experience of successfully completing at least one (1) contract that is similar to the proposed contract where the Tenderer’s participation (as single entity or leading partner/partner of JVCA or management contractor or subcontractor) shall be minimum USD 1.6 million outside the Tenderer’s own country during the last 10 (Ten) years, years counting backward from the publication of IFT in the newspaper. The similarity of the Tenderer’s participation shall be based on the physical size of at least 35 MMSCFD capacity Gas District Regulating Station (DRS)/City Gate Station (CGS)/Regulating & Metering Station (RMS)/Town Border Station (TBS) on EPC/Turnkey basis.
• In case of JVCA, the proposed Partner-in-Charge/Lead Firm and Other foreign Partner(s) shall meet the requirements as stated in ITT Clause 14.1 (b)(i) and the local partner(s) shall have current and valid enlistment certificate under category 1.4 with Petrobangla or any company of Petrobangla and shall have experience of successful completion of at least (1) one 15 MMSCFD capacity DRS/RMS/CGS/TBS as single entity or leading partner/partner of JVCA or management contractor or subcontractor within the last 10 (Ten) years.
