INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a). Tenderers shall have the following up-to-date valid certificates and/or license(s):
Tenderer (Partner-in-Charge/Lead Firm and all Partner(s) from outside Purchaser’s country in case of JVCA) shall have relevant ISO 9001 certificate for last 5 years as mandatory requirement and ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 Certificates as optional.
JVCA Partner(s) from Purchaser’s Country (if any) shall have current & valid 1.4 category enlistment with Petrobangla and/or any company of Petrobangla and ISO 9001 certificate as mandatory requirement and ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 certificates as optional.
b). The minimum specific experience as a Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in at least 1 (One) contract for river crossing by HDD method on Design, Procurement, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning basis that have been successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper), with a value of at least USD 1.2 (one point two) million and that are similar to the proposed works and services complexity, methods, technology or other characteristics as described in Section 6 (Employer’s Requirements). The Tenderer shall also have experience as a Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor for successful completion of at least one river crossing by HDD method having minimum 400 meters length and 20 inch OD or above diameter pipe within the last 10 (Ten) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
c.) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than USD 2.0 (Two) Million for best 3 (three) years within the last 5 years, years counting backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the newspaper.
d). The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be USD 1.2 (one point two) million.

Design, Procurement and installation at Old Brahmaputra River and Arial Kha river by Horizontal Directional Drilling Method. Procurement includes line pipe, Induction Bend, Coating Materials, all consumables’ materials etc. Insulations works includes Mobilization RIG machine and all other accessories. pipeline installation at Old Brahmaputra river and Arial Kha river by Horizontal Directional Drilling Method including additional land rent/requisition except ROW, Preparing, clearing, grading and development of Right-of-Way (ROW), development of works site (RIG Site as well as pipe site), develop approach from existing nearby main road to work site, jetty preparation, equipment & machinery mobilization & demobilization, transportation of pipeline materials, carrying, hauling and stringing of pipes, and welding of pipes, NDT, coating, inspection, pre hydrostatic testing, pipe installation by HDD method, post hydrostatic testing, Tie-in, hook up with existing live 24"Ø gas pipeline by cold cutting method, etc., testing, commissioning and clean up and reinstatement of Row. Detailed scope of works is stated in the Tender document. After hook up of HDD pipeline, existing old pipe of river portions has to be removed from river and transport to GTCL store (AGMS Store, Ashuganj) and restoration work at both river sites. |
