INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (One) Contract of 1 (one) No. of any kind of Electrical or electro-mechanical works completed within the last 5 (Five) years in the Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, of a value of at least Tk 145.00 ( One Hundred and forty five ) lac (i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer, under whom the work has been executed.(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 400.00(Four Hundred and twenty) lac. over the last 5(Five) years in the Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 200.00 (Two Hundred ) Lac. Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued between the publication date and the submitted date of the tender. A certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be Submitted as a letter of commitment from the Bank for a line of credit to the Tenderer in favor of the work in the form PW2a-3, otherwise, the tender will be summarily rejected.(e)Minimum Tender capacity shall be 180.00 (One Hundred and eighty) lac.(f) ) The Tenderer must have an up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, ABC License and Electric Supervisory License, and all necessary documents.(g) JVCA is not Allowed.And for details terms and conditions please follow the TDS and PCC of this tender. |
