| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

General Construction Experience: Experience under construction contracts in the role of prime contractor or JV member or Subcontractor, or management contractor for at least the last 10 (ten) years starting from 1st January 2012.
Specific Contraction and Contract Management Experience: A minimum number of 3 (three) similar contracts (at least one contract in any of the South Asian Countries), construction of at least 13 storied building with minimum 1 basement of value at least USD 11.50 Million (Eleven point five Zero Million United States Dollar)/BDT 115.00 Crore (Considering USD 1 = BDT 100.00) each that have been satisfactorily and successfully completed as a prime contractor, joint venture member, management contractor or Subcontractor between 1st January 2012 and bid submission deadline (Note: In case of JV partner as contractor the required experience and value of the contract shall be considered based on the contribution percentage mentioned in the certificate).
3. Specific Experience in managing ES aspects: For the contracts in 4.2 (a) above and/or any other contracts [substantially completed and under implementation] as prime contractor, joint venture member, or Subcontractor between 1st January 2011 and Application submission deadline, experience in managing ES risks and impacts in the following aspects:
a. Contractor shall have experience in preparing and implementing of CESMP (Contractors Environmental and Social Management Plan).
b. The contractor should have experience in ESMP implementation of any World Bank-funded project.
c. Contractor shall have experience in Personnel Safety Measures in High Rise Building Construction.
