INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a). Tenderers shall have the following upto date valid License:
Tenderer (Partner-in-Charge/Lead Firm and all Partner(s) in case of JVCA) shall have ISO 9001 certificate for Gas Pipeline Construction/ Metering Station (MS)/City Gate Station (CGS)/Regulating & Metering Station (RMS)/Town Border Station (TBS) as mandatory requirement and ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 Certificates as optional.
The Tenderer including JVCA Partner(s) (if any) shall have current & valid 1.4 category enlistment with Petrobangla and/or any company of Petrobangla. The sub-contractor for Hot Tapping works shall have also 5 (five) years mandatory ISO 9001 certificate.
b). The minimum specific experience as a Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in at least 1 (One) contract for minimum 12" dia x 4 KM or above high-pressure gas pipeline construction works including at least 02 (Two) nos. Hot Tapping works with minimum one (01) no. 20"x20"x12" or above dia with a value of at least BDT 6.40 (Six point Four) crore that have been successfully completed and that are similar to the proposed works and services complexity, methods, technology or other characteristics as described in Section-6 (Employer’s Requirements) within the last 10 (Ten) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
c. In case, the Tenderer does not have Hot Tapping works experience, the Tenderer may propose sub-contractor for Hot Tapping works having at least 02 (Two) nos. Hot Tapping work in high pressure gas pipeline with minimum one (01) no. 20"x20"x12" or above dia in high pressure gas transmission pipeline within last 10 years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. If the sub-contractor for Hot Tapping works failed to comply the requirement, the tenderer will be rejected.
d). The required average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT 10.00 (Ten) Crore for best 3 (three) years within the last 5 years, years counting backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the newspaper.
e). The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 4.00 (Four) crore.
