INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a) Tenderer shall have a minimum of five (5) years of general experience in building construction works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system).
(b) Having experience in the successful completion of at least one number of similar nature building construction work including Civil, Sanitary, Electrification works worth not less than Tk. 220.00 (Two Hundred Twenty) lakh only in a single number of tender/contract in government/semi government/ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last five (5) years. In case of the work done other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover must be greater than Tk. 2250.00(Two Thousand Two Hundred Fifty) Lakh only during the last five (5) years. (Time for turnover & experience will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system)
(d) The tenderer must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) /Credit facilities, working capital Tk. 330.00 (Three Hundred Thirty) Lakh only. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e. in PW3-7 form published by CPTU.
(e) The tenderer must have valid and updated valid and Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax and VAT Registration Certificate, ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
f) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 250.00 (Three Hundred Fifty) Lakh Only.
(g) All other & detailed conditions as specified in all sections of tender document must be fulfilled. |
