• Contractors shall have Experience in Construction of office and Institute building minimum 05 (five) Storied together with 10 (Ten) Storied foundation in a single work order of not less than Tk.10.26 ( Ten crore twenty six lac) in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organizations and Satisfactorily completed during last 5 (five) years with up to date A, B, C Category Electrical License from Electricity licensing Board, Govt. of Bangladesh.
• Shall have annual average turnover in last 05( five) years Tk. 06 (six) crore
• Shall have experience in fire detection and fire protection system including fire fighting, fire hydrant and fire alarm system installation & commissioning in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organizations.
