INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the followings:
a) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of at least 01 (one) work of construction of boundary wall with pre-cast pilling” successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 190.00 lakh for sl. no. 23 (i) & Tk. 130.00 lakh for sl. no. 23 (ii) under single contract in Govt./SemiGovt./Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concern Department/Organization.
b) The required minimum average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 440.00 lakh for sl. no. 23(i) & Tk. 200.00 lakh for sl. no. 23(ii) over the best 03 years in the last 05 (five) years which will be based on work completion certificates. All work completion certificates must be enclosed along with the Tender.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset shall be Tk. 145.00 lakh for sl. no.
23(i) & Tk. 100.00 lakh for sl. no. 23(ii).
d) Minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 260.00 lakh for sl. no. 23(i) &
Tk. 140.00 lakh for sl. no. 23(ii).
e) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the tender.
f) Up-to-date trade license, income tax clearance certificate, VAT
Registration certificate shall have to be enclosed
