HELP/SD-5
Environmental Consultant
Duration: 42 person month (tentative)
Scope of Services:
-Oversee and coordinate on environmental due diligences
-Ensure the quality of screening report
-Confirm proper implementation of EMP
Educational Qualifications:
Master’s in Environmental Engineering/ Forestry/ Wildlife/ Environment Science/ geology/hydrogeology/ earth sciences or related field
Experience:
-10 years of experience as Environment Engineer/ Environmental Scientist/
Forestry/ Wildlife expert/ Environmental Planner/ Geologist or related field
-Experience in conducting environmental assessments of road, water, waste
water or other infrastructure sector of similar nature and complexity
-Experience must include at least one World Bank/ADB or other
development partner funded project.
-Expertise in the related to FDMN is preferred;
HELP/SD-10
Solar Power System Consultant
Duration: 42 person months (tentative)
Scope of Services:
- Conduct technical & operational assessment of existing and proposed solar energy infrastructure in the WASH systems.
-Provide technical and design support by reviewing and refining the existing system designs and specifications for solar PV installations.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with M. Sc in Renewable Energy Technology or relevant field.
Experience:
-Minimum of 10 years of experience in Renewable Energy Sector
-7 years of experience in any govt/semi govt/ international organizations/
Multilateral Development Banks
-Minimum 5 years of working experience in World Bank/ ADB or other
Development Organization funded project
-Research experience (minimum 3 years) on solar systems integrated with
WASH or public infrastructure
-Experience with FDMN is preferred
HELP/SD-12
Jr. ICT & MIS Consultant
Duration: 42 person months (tentative)
Scope of Services:
-Provide support with existing Management Information System (MIS)
-Train HELP staff in the use and maintenance of the system
-Conduct a test run of the application, integrating the activities of the HELP
Educational Qualifications:
B.Sc in Computer Science/Computer Science Engineering (CSE)/ Information Technology or Equivalent.
Experience:
-Minimum 5 years general working experience in ICT industry
-Working experience in software integration services and government data related planning will be given preference;
-Experience with GOB and donor funded project, particularly the World Bank funded project will be given preference.
HELP/SD-14
Gender Consultant
Duration: 42 person months (tentative)
Scope of Services:
-Ability to resolve all activities related to Gender and Gender Based Violence (GBV)/ Sexual Exploitation and Abuse/ Sexual Harassment (SEA/SH);
-Prepare screening reports on gender and social inclusion in design and construction activities (where appropriate) on equitable terms in all the interventions proposed.
-Responsible for developing and updating of Gender Action Plan, GBV Action Plan, GBV Risk rating/assessment plan etc
Educational Qualifications:
Master’s degree in any discipline of social science or other relevant fields
Experience:
-Minimum of 10 years relevant professional work experience in development or humanitarian field (preferably in World Bank or other donor partner assisted project).
-Practical working experience on implementation of programs related to violence against women and girls, sexual exploitation and abuse, gender, and child protection.
- Experience with FDMN is preferred
