1. Applicant Organization/Firm must have at least 5 years of experience in creating and broadcasting environmental awareness programs;
2. Preference will be given to organizations/Firms with previous work experience with the Department of Environment;
3. Applicant Organization/Firm must have relevant work experience on of TV Spot making and airing, Documentary making and social campaign;
4. Work experience with national and international organizations;
5. Preference will be given of previous work experience to manage any government organization’s social pages and conducting social media promotion
6. Preference will be given to organizations with previous work experience to organize outdoor event
7. Applicant organization/firm must have separate sections for manuscript writing and special video editing panel.
8. The organization/firm must have at least a single work order of BDT 250,00,000.00 (Two crore fifty lakh).
9. The team leader and other members of the team must be experienced in the relevant work.
10. Credit Facility certificate in favor of “PD, Integrated and Participatory Project to Control Noise Pollution” from a schedule bank of TK 2.50 Crore (Two Crore Fifty Lakh)
11. Valid Trade license of the firm, Tax Identification Number (TIN) with 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration number, Bank Solvency Certificate from any recognized bank, Brushier of the organization/firm, Previous work experience with mentioning the name of organization, Audit Report (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23).
