INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |

a) Must have software development of real-time applications maintaining high TPS.
b) Developing and managing mobile apps integrated with Cspro, Oracle, Python and SQL and CS Tabulation database in the local or international context.
c) Applications integrated with CSpro (update version), Python, and Oracle and SQL database in the local or international context.
d) The application should support diverse types of household and individual questions like image, short/long text, Geo-location (GPS enabled with latitude/longitude), numerical, multiple choice including provisions for mandatory or optional question, time stamps, validation with previous reference data and so on.
e) There should be an option to multiple synchronize CAPI data with the CSweb server, Python application-based server and SQL server on the availability of the internet connectivity.
f) There must be some skipping options for the questionnaires, in which the mandatory fill-up features are needed.
g) Huge Inter-question validation must be ensured and added question panel for adding a set of question.
h) Applications will capture the GPS location of each sample households using the Application.
i) The Applications must have access control and be protected by user id and password.
j) Dashboard must be in the application with some graphical and different features.
k) The service provider should be familiar with large-quantity optimal data storage and retrieval procedures.
l) Must have a pool of domain experts capable of designing and developing a secure and standardized web application or CAPI system, as well as data backup, restoration, and access security control management.

Experience: a) The firm is expected to have organizational strengths having a well set of functional personnel to implement the assigned work. b) Maintenance cloud-based platforms must Dropbox and CSweb, with security hardening ensured in cloud computing platforms for application and infrastructure levels.
a) Must have a minimum of 02 (Two) years of sound experience in developing and managing mobile data entry apps integrated with Cspro/Csweb, Oracle, Python in the local or international context.
b) Must have a minimum 02 (Two) years of sound experience in developing and managing Cspro/Csweb, Oracle, Python applications integrated with Dropbox or server in the local or international context.
