| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The consulting services (“the Services) include multidisciplinary services covering: surveys and preliminary design of subprojects; verification of environmental and social impact assessment; site investigations, climate resilient technical design of roads, preparation of BoQ, preparation of Bid documents of performance based maintenance contract and ad-measure contracts, preparation of detailed project reports (DPRs) and drawings. Supervise the construction works to ensure total compliance with the drawings, technical specifications and various stipulations in the contract documents, or any amendments thereto, including management of E&S risks and impacts associated with subprojects. |

The firm selection criteria are: 1. General experience of the Firm(s), core business and years in business; 2. Relevant experience in similar assignments (It may be mentioned that proven experience in the design of climate resilient rural roads project and supervision of rural road project will carry more weightage during evaluation); 3. Relevant experience in design and supervision of performance-based maintenance contracts for rural roads; 4. Relevant similar experience in development partner (DP) funded project and 5. Staffing and logistics of the firm |
