INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
To provide support to Project Management Unit (PMU), RUTDP to ensure (i) Financial management and disbursement functions of the project will be undertaken by the financial management section in the PMU, supported by a Financial Management Specialist (FMS), reporting to the Project Director; (ii) Assist in managing Financial Management (FM) and disbursement functions to support implementation of the project activities at the PMU; (iii) Contribute in assessing FM capacities of the Pourashavas/city corporations and eligibility for project funding; (iv) Contribute in assessing the requirements of funds for infrastructure activities under approved sub-projects of the Pourashavas/city corporations, and disbursement. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Should have Masters in Accounting/Finance/ Management/Business Administration with five years’ experience in maintaining accounts of a large organization preferably in a development project. |
