Appointment of Consultant for preparation of entire Architectural & MEP design, drawings, estimate and top supervision for Construction of (12 storied foundation / 150 feet height) BOQ and Officer’s Mess Complex with 2 x Basement including internal / external services at Officer’s Mess area at BAF Base Bashar Tejgaon (Without structural design & drawings). |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
a. Year of experience should not be less than 05 years for a Firm / Company / JVC / Firm of Association.
b. Consultant should have at least 04 (Four) Graduate Architects with minimum experience of 05 years and at least 04 (Four) Graduate Structural Engineer, 02 (Two) Graduate Electrical Engineer with minimum of 05 years experience as fulltime employee.
c. Consultants should have completed design, drawing at least 04 (Four) such type of interior / exterior works or similar in nature in last 05 years.
d. Conractors enlisted other Govt/Semi-Govt/autonomous organization in similar capacity having necessary security clearance from DGFI. |
