| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The objective of this assignment (M&E Specialist) is to lead and coordinate, as a core member of the PMU, DPHE, all aspects relevant to the monitoring and evaluation of project activities under CHT-IRUWSSP, in accordance with the provisions of the prevailing legal agreements (with ADB and other entities). The engagement of the M&E Specialist shall be for establishing and managing an internal M&E system for the Project, wherein progress shall be monitored against an agreed DMF (Design Monitoring Framework) for various activities under CHT-IRUWSSP and as agreed between ADB and DPHE (as an Implementing agency). |
