| Brief Description of Assignment |

"? To develop a robust policy/ regulatory framework for Quality Information System (QIS) in accordance with agricultural sector standards and best practices.
? To create a strategic action plan that outlines the steps, milestones, and responsibilities for implementing the Quality Information System.
? To design a protocol that guides the collection, analysis, quality control and dissemination of quality-related information within the organization.
? To support the organization in the operationalization of the Quality Information System in Agricultural sector including the market information (local and foreign market) capacitate all level (field and central), strengthen a dedicated operational unit of DAE, DAM, etc., implementation, data collection, integration, and reporting mechanisms.
? To design and develop a sustainable software platform in web, android and iOS; and to identify appropriate data collection and generation methods as per data needs (e.g., field survey, satellite imagery, weather observation data, financial transactions, etc." |

"The shortlisting criteria are:
a) General experience of the Agency(s)
b) Experience in similar assignments of compatible size, complexity and technical specialty in the required area
c) Financial soundness, staffing and logistics of the Agency
Agencies are requested to submit the following supporting documents in support of the above-mentioned criteria:
a) Up To Date Relevant legal documents including Trade License, Latest Tax return certificate, VAT registration, BAB certification, ISO certification
b) JV agreement/letter of intent (if applicable) along with the proposed JV agreement (as per PPR-2008-Rule 54)
c) Brochure including staffing
d) Audited financial reports for last three years (including turnover, current asset & liability and fixed asset & liability)
e) Work experience record of Last ten (10) years (Including nature, total cost of Contract, total input in terms of man month, employer, location of work etc.)
f) All other items necessary to substantiate satisfaction of the shortlisting criteria listed above and/or included in the TOR; However, Key Experts will not be evaluated at the short-listing stage" |
