| Brief Description of Assignment |

i) To assess existing facilities, opportunities and constraints of the sites and also identify future interventions for biodiversity conservation and eco-tourism facilities development, ii)To conduct digital topographic survey and baseline survey of existing flora and fauna, iii) To formulate 05 (five) Master Plans for 5 eco-parks namely Botanical Garden and Eco-park, Sitakunda, Chattogram Tilagor Eco-park, Sylhet; Banshkhali Eco-park, Chattogram, Borshijora Eco-park, Moulavibazar, Rajeshpur Eco-park, Cumilla and iv) To plan, design, estimate & supervise construction works under “Ecosystem Restoration and Biodiversity Conservation of Botanical Garden and Eco-park, Chattogram Project”. |

Interested consulting firms are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (cover letter, brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar operating condition, availability of appropriate professional qualification and experience among staff, financial and management capacities etc.). In applicable cases, the applicants shall specify the type of association whether Joint Venture (JV) or sub-consultants.
The following documents will have to be enclosed with the proposal:
i) Attested copy of up-to-date trade license, IT payment certificate and VAT registration certificate, Bank solvency certificate recently issued by any scheduled bank of Bangladesh, ii) Description of experience of similar completed assignments as per ToR and assignments in hand or in progress iii) Key qualifications and experience of professional staff with detailed CVs to carry out the assignment iv) Interested consulting firms must have the following key professionals: Masterplan Specialist (Team Leader), GIS Specialist, Biodiversity Specialist, Landscape Designer, Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Architect etc. for both tasks as per ToR. |
