| Brief Description of Assignment |

DSHE intends to develop MPO EFT module to disburse MPO salary through G2P System. DSHE also wants to upgrade existing EMIS Software by adding additional features or developing new modules as described in the ToR. Details are provided in Terms of Reference (ToR). | Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

i. Must have experience in designing, development and implementation of 3 (Three) software projects in the field of web-based application software/e-government application within last 5 years. Please provide list of completed projects during last 10 years, mention features of the projects and development timeframe.
ii. Must have at least 1 experience of large-scale Web Application Development in Education Sector for nationwide operation within last 5 years. Please provide list of completed projects during last 5 years involving Education Sector. Company having experience of development of large-scale web-based system for the education sector which involves managing Institutes and teachers will be given priority.
iii. Should have minimum 20 (Twenty) full time ICT personnel in company payroll related to system analysis, design, development, integration, testing, QC training and implementation of web and mobile based applications software solution. Please provide a List of ICT personnel of the company (Name, Contact Info, designation, educational qualification, years of experience, expertise).
iv. Company with having experience of Web application Development with .net/.net Core framework and Experience on .net/.net Core Serinity Application framework will be given priority.
v. The company should submit updated BASIS membership certificate.
vi. The company should submit documents demonstrating the management and operational capacity of the firm/joint venture (Company Profile and other documents describing company expertise, strength and experience, core functions, products and services, updated VAT, Tax, Incorporation / Trade license and any other relevant documents.
vii. In case of joint venture, all of the companies must comply with the eligibility criteria mentioned in the ToR.
