The assignment is to give Consultancy services to MIS DGHS for gather data from different Hospitals under DGHS which will include customization and maintenance of Data collecting tool/gathering tools/software (DHIS2/HRIS/OpenSRP/OpenMRS), and Support to Data Entry, Data Analysis, Research with Data, Data Visualization

Interested eligible consultancy service providing firms should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to provide Consultancy services to MIS DGHS for gathering data from different Hospitals under DGHS .
The short-listing criteria are:
(a) The firm should have overall 5 (five) years working experience in IT/ITES.
(b) The firm should have at least one contract providing similar service to any Govt Organization.
(c) Registration certificate from department of inspection for factories and establishment (DIFE).
(d) Availability of key professionals.
(e) Financial soundness of the firm.
(f) Staffing and logistics of the firm.
Eligible Consultancy Service Provider firm are advised to submit the following supporting documents against the above-mentioned criteria:
Documents required: (a) Certificate of incorporation
(b) Registration of the firm.
(c) Updated trade license of the firm.
(d) Updated Tax return certificate.
(e) VAT registration certificate.
(f) Bank solvency certificate.
(g) Overall Experience Certificate
(h) Completion Certificate of one contract providing similar service to any Govt Organization.
(i) Registration certificate from department of inspection for factories and establishment (DIFE)
(j) Document related to Staffing and logistics of the firm. |
