| Brief Description of Assignment |

The objective of this assignment (Financial Management Specialist or FMS) is to lead and coordinate, as a core member of the Project Management Unit at DPHE. The FMC responsibilities are relevant to the financial management of the project with the provisions of the legal agreements (with ADB and other entities) prevailing and relevant financial rules and regulations of GoB. The engagement of FMC is for establishing and managing financial accounts and audit system for the investment component of the CHT-IRUWSSP. |
