UDD is undertaking a project entitled “Preparation of Development Plan for 3 Upazilas (Pirojpur Sadar, Nesarabad and Nazirpur Upazila) of Pirojpur District” Project with an area of approximately 147232.80 acre or 595.83 sq.km. UDD has decided to engage Bangladeshi Survey Firm (as mentioned in clause 20) for the task entitled “Physical Feature Survey with Establishment of BM Pillar” |

Related Experience:
a) Firms with Physical Feature Survey Experience of at least 5 Years.
b) Data Management and Data Processing Experience.
Hardware and Software:
Computer, Survey Equipment (RTK, Total Station, Leveling Machine), Large Format Plotter, Arc GIS compatible Workstation,Vehicle & Arc GIS (latest version) Licensed Software etc.
Related Professionals:
Survey expert, Surveyor, Urban Planner, GIS/RS Expert, Junior GIS Expert, Junior Urban Planner, Cad Operator etc.

Interested Consulting Firms are hereby invited to submit EoI containing printed brochures (showing organizational identity and background), Legal Documents, Bank Solvency showing financial and Managerial standing (according to PPA 2006 and PPR 2008), Legal Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, Valid TIN Certificate &Tax return Slip/Certificate of Last Fiscal year, Memorandum of Article (If applicable), Nationality Certificate of Authorized person, NID card of authorized person, staffing with CV with education and experience Certificate, inventory of resources and logistics confirming the firm’s capabilities to provide the required services. All documents should be attested by a first Class Gazetted Officer. Consulting firm will submit one (1) original and one (1) true copy of the EoI separately in sealed envelopes marked with the “Title” and “Specific Name of service” with an electronic copy. |
