The minimum qualifications and experiences:
• Minimum 1 successful implementation of a project on Education/ e-learning System Development in the last three years. (Please provide work completion certificates to prove the experiences along with contract copy).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in ICT business as a registered company/entity. Please submit the certificate of incorporation (if applicable)
• Must have a valid and up-to-date trade license (2021-2022), VAT certificate, TIN certificate, and Income tax payment certificate.
• Must have a minimum turnover of BDT 01 crore in the last 2 years. Please submit the last two audited financial statements (if applicable).
• Minimum amount of liquid asset in the form of an unconditional credit line from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh or working capital shall be BDT 90 lacs. Please submit the last two audited financial statements (if applicable).
A shortlist of consultants will be prepared upon evaluation of EoI’s of the eligible applicants, and a “request for proposal” document will be issued in their favor.
The total duration of the contract is 03 (Three) months. |
