| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The Scope of works shall include (but not limited to) the following components:
For the Feasibility Study, Master Plan & DPP Preparation the scope of works are but not limited to as follows
i) Carry out feasibility study to find out alternative options which may yield higher benefit and also fulfilling DNCC's need through;
• Environmental Impact Assessment
• Social Impact Assessment
• Stakeholder Consultation
• Financial Viability Analysis
ii) Assess functional and architectural needs of DNCC and holding Information Exchange Meeting (IEM) with DNCC management.
iii) Carry out digital topographic survey for capturing Bite Plan and surrounding features where the consultant may propose alternative options resulting optimum benefit for DNCC.
iv) Prepare Visionary Plan for present and future infrastructure requirement.
v) Park and playground landscape design.
vi) Recreational, mass gathering, kids, playing facility. Lake cum water body with water fountain, Lake side etc. development proposal and related infrastructure design.
vii) Walkway, street lighting, walkway lighting, Grass bed design etc. and Renovation/new design of pavilion & Benches.
viii) 3D Visualization and animation from GIS.
ix) Parking suggestion.
x) Repair and present models showing different present and future options.
xi) Submit completion report along with all documents.
xii) Any other Project Related Services as Directed by Executive Engineer, Zone-2 (Mirpur |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

• Local consulting firm who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of General Experience in the related field.
• The consulting firm shall have experience as prime consultant for at least 01 (one) number similar type of consultancy service during the last 05 (Five) years in a single contract.
• General information including legal documents i.e. Company registration/Trade license, TIN & VAT registration certificate, Income Tax Certificate etc.
• List of similar nature consulting services completed and in progress.
• Relevant experienced and professional qualified personnel & staffs.
• Availability of resources to carry out the assignment.
• Administrative strength, Logistics (office space, list of equipment, Transport etc.) and financial capability etc. |

(a) A consultant may associate with other local consultants to enhance their qualifications. In that case, the JVCA agreement or letter of intent shall be submitted along with the EOI proposal.
(b) Envelope containing EOI proposal along with relevant supporting documents to be sealed and marked with “Expression of Interest (EOI) for providing Consultancy services for Feasibility Study with Conceptual Design Cost Estimation & Draft DPP preparation for Development of ‘Children’s Park & Playground’ at Kalshi Balur Matth under Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) Dhaka”
